Remondit\u00f6\u00f6dest ja \u00fcmberehitustest arenes kiiresti v\u00e4lja oma s\u00f5idukite arendustegevus, mis viis l\u00f5puks terviklike bussilahenduste tootmiseni. <\/p><p data-start=\"334\" data-end=\"592\">1980. aastatel alustati v\u00e4ikebusside seeria tootmist p\u00e4rast seda, kui Mercedes oli ise l\u00f5petanud tootmise v\u00e4ikebusside segmendis (O 309). Esimesed s\u00f5idukid v\u00f5eti esialgu kasutusele riiklikes ettev\u00f5tetes ja piirkondlikes ettev\u00f5tetes. <\/p><p data-start=\"594\" data-end=\"978\">Alates 1992. aastast laiendati linnaliikluse (\u00d6PNV) pakkumist esimeste Citybus-mudelite, madala p\u00f5randaga busside ja alternatiivse j\u00f5uallikaga s\u00f5idukitega. Oluliseks sammuks oli tehase rajamine Sloveenias Murska Sobotas, kus t\u00e4nap\u00e4eval on koondatud konstruktsioon, projekteerimine ja tootmine. Arendustegevus ja klienditeenindus toimuvad endiselt Austrias.  <\/p><p data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1191\">Alates 1990. aastatest on hakatud tootma kodanikubusse, linnabusse ja eriotstarbelisi s\u00f5idukeid erinevateks kasutusvaldkondadeks. Projekte hakati varakult rahvusvaheliselt ellu viima ning neid on rakendatud paljudes Euroopa linnades. <\/p><p data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1428\">Ka alternatiivsete j\u00f5uallikate valdkonnas arendab K-BUS oma tooteid pidevalt edasi \u2013 alates esimestest elektribussidest 2011. aastal kuni t\u00e4nap\u00e4evaste s\u00f5idukikontseptsioonideni. T\u00e4nap\u00e4eval on K-BUSi s\u00f5idukid kasutusel paljudes Euroopa riikides. <\/p><p data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1606\">Lisaks seeriatoodetele kuuluvad meie igap\u00e4evat\u00f6\u00f6 hulka ka individuaalsed projektid \u2013 n\u00e4iteks nelikvedu bussid rasketes tingimustes kasutamiseks v\u00f5i erilahendused, mis p\u00f5hinevad v\u00e4ljakujunenud
